James Trussart began crafting metal violins, dulcimers and hurdy gurdies before switching to guitars. He is one of the few builders who have broken the mold of traditional guitar making. Settled in Los Angeles since 2000, he provides rare and collectible handcrafted instruments. Working with steel as his primary material, he produces instruments that are as unique in appearance as they are in tone.
